MyChart is a window that shows you what is in your medical record. Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your provider's office.
Use Share Everywhere in MyChart to give any provider temporary access to your health information. Care Everywhere lets your providers securely access records from other organizations.
Your health information is stored with your healthcare organization. Epic does not have access to your data and cannot reset your password. Contact your healthcare organization directly for help.
