Your data is stored with your healthcare organization. Epic does not have access to your medical data and cannot reset your passwords for you. To update your information outside of MyChart, contact your healthcare organization directly. You can usually find their contact information on their FAQ page, which is linked on the bottom of their MyChart website.
MyChart keeps your health information secure with a personal username and password, two-step verification, and encrypted messaging. Turn on two-step verification to add extra protection to your account.
Your provider can see your full medical record so they can give you the best care. If both organizations participate in Care Everywhere, your provider might also see information from your record at another organization.
