The patient registry is a group of volunteers giving feedback on Epic’s patient portal, MyChart.
Volunteers meet with Epic employees to go through upcoming MyChart features and research together. These sessions influence many decisions we make throughout design and development of new MyChart features. We work directly with patients to understand their needs and perspectives so we can make the best software for them and our customers.

As a volunteer with Epic, you will be invited by email to sign up for usability projects. Project sessions usually take place virtually and are scheduled for 30-minutes at a time of your choosing. Project sessions may include interviews about how you would like to use our software, or task-based workflow testing to understand how you use our software in real-world scenarios.
