If you still have access to one of these contact methods, you can log in to MyChart Central and go to the Personal Information activity to update your contact information.
If you no longer have access to your email address or phone number and cannot log in, contact the MyChart help desk for each of your linked healthcare organizations. Each organization manages its own MyChart accounts separately, so only their help desk can update your information for their MyChart.
If you forget your MyChart Central password, select Forgot login information? on the login page. Enter the email or phone number linked to your account and follow the prompts to reset your password.
If you still have access to one contact method, log in to MyChart Central and update your information. If you lost access to both, contact the MyChart help desk for each of your linked healthcare organizations.
