What should I do if I’m locked out of my account?

Your account locks automatically after too many failed login attempts. Accounts unlock on their own after a period of time, but how long depends on how many attempts were made. If you receive an email saying your account is locked, check your email for next steps.

You can also:

  • Log in on a computer or mobile device that you have logged in to before
  • Select Forgot Login Information? on the login screen to recover your account
