When linking accounts to MyChart Central, we verify your identity by matching the contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and address, across your linked MyChart accounts.
If your account fails to link, make sure your contact information is up to date and accurate at both your MyChart Central account and your healthcare organization's MyChart account. If you continue to have problems linking your accounts, contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk. You can usually find the contact information on their FAQ page, which is linked at the bottom of their MyChart website.
Log in to your MyChart Central account and select Link new account on the home page. If you cannot find your organization, they might not participate in MyChart Central yet.
When you update your contact information in MyChart Central, those updates automatically sync to all your linked MyChart accounts. Go to Auto-Update Settings to manage which organizations receive updates.
