Message your care team in MyChart

Why can’t I message more than one person at once?

MyChart does not allow you to message more than one recipient because messages with multiple recipients make it less clear who should follow up and respond to you. This helps make sure the right person on your care team responds to you.

To share the same information with multiple providers, you should send individual messages to each one. You can copy and paste your message to save time.
