How do I log in to MyChart with my username?

MyChart might look a little different depending on if you are using a web browser on your computer or the MyChart mobile app on your phone.

Web Browser

  1. Go to your healthcare organization's MyChart website.
  2. Enter your MyChart username.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Enter your password and select Log in. 

Mobile App

  1. Open the MyChart app and search for your healthcare organization by location or name.
  2. Enter your MyChart username.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Enter your password and select Log in.
