On the MyChart login screen for your healthcare organization, select Forgot login information? and follow the instructions below based on what you see:
If you still need help, contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk. You can usually find their contact information on the account recovery page you were on or on their MyChart website's FAQ page.
Contact your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk to change your username. An administrator might be able to change it depending on your organization's policies. To change your password, go to Account Settings.
If you are locked out of your account after too many failed login attempts, your account unlocks automatically after a period of time. Contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk for help regaining access sooner.
