You can log in to the MyChart mobile app using your fingerprint or facial recognition instead of your username and password.
The next time you try to log in on the mobile app, you see an option Log in with biometrics or Log in with Touch ID instead of your username and password.

Set up a 4-digit passcode to log in to the MyChart mobile app without entering your username and password each time. Go to Account Settings to turn it on.
A passkey lets you log in to MyChart without a password using your device's biometrics or passcode. Create, rename, or remove passkeys in Account Settings on the MyChart website.
