Each healthcare organization hosts their own MyChart servers and therefore decides which IP addresses in the world can access their databases, websites, and app content. It is up to the healthcare organization to decide how much security they want to have and which countries to allow.
If you are having trouble accessing MyChart while traveling internationally, contact your healthcare organization directly to ask about using MyChart in your current country. You can usually find their contact information on the FAQ page, which is linked at the bottom of their MyChart website.
MyChart is only available at organizations that use Epic software. View the full list of MyChart organizations by selecting Find your MyChart. If your organization is not listed, contact them directly.
