You can see a full list of the healthcare organizations available in MyChart by selecting Find your MyChart at the top of this screen. From there, you can search by state or enter the name of your organization.
If your organization is not on the list, they might not use MyChart. They might offer a different patient portal, and you can contact them directly about accessing your account.
