To change your username, contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk. You can usually find their contact information on the FAQ page, which is linked at the bottom of their MyChart website. Depending on the organization's policies, an administrator might be able to change it for you.
If you forgot your username, select Forgot login information? on the MyChart login screen to recover it.
You can change your password in MyChart after logging in by going to Account Settings. If you are not able to log in, you can reset your password by selecting Forgot login information? on the login screen.
Update the email address or phone number on your MyChart account in Personal Information. Contact your healthcare organization's help desk for help with changes you are not able to make yourself.
Select Forgot login information? on the MyChart login screen and follow the prompts to recover your username or reset your password. Contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk if you still need help.
