You might be able to update the information yourself. To change the email address or phone number associated with your MyChart account, log in to MyChart and go to the Personal Information activity from the MyChart menu.
For help with changes you are not able to make yourself, contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk. You can usually find their contact information on the FAQ page, which is linked at the bottom of their MyChart website.
Contact your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk to change your username. An administrator might be able to change it depending on your organization's policies. To change your password, go to Account Settings.
If you are having trouble receiving emails or text messages, the email address or phone number on your account might be incorrect or outdated. Contact your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk to update it.
