Reduce your balance before your billing statement comes due by signing up for Visit Auto Pay. You can sign up while preparing for your appointment in MyChart or during in-person check-in. Visit Auto Pay means that you put a credit card or bank account on file and agree to automatically pay up to a certain amount for your visit. You can receive emails or text messages to let you know when your payment method is going to be charged and for how much.
To sign up while preparing for your appointment, on the Payment step, select the Sign up under Visit Auto Pay.
Use eCheck-In in MyChart before your appointment to verify insurance, update medications, answer questionnaires, and pay your copay before you arrive.
Go to Billing Summary in MyChart to view your outstanding balance and make a payment with a credit card or bank account. You can also view past statements and billing details.
