You can save time and minimize contact by verifying your information and answering appointment-related questions before you arrive. Log in to MyChart and look for the Get Ready option for your upcoming appointment.
Go to Find Care, select Schedule an Appointment, and choose video visit as your reason. Pick a provider and time slot to schedule your visit.
Go to Insurance Summary in MyChart to review your coverage details, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses. You can also request changes, remove a coverage, or add a new one.
