To request a referral:
If you opted to receive email or text notification for new messages in your MyChart account, you receive a message when your healthcare organization has responded to your request.
Go to Find Care and select Schedule an Appointment in MyChart to schedule or request an appointment with your provider. Depending on the appointment type, you might schedule it yourself or request a callback.
Go to Messages and select Send a message in MyChart to send a secure, non-urgent medical question to your care team. View replies in your Message Center.
