MyChart Central

I’m worried that someone else might have accessed my MyChart Central account. What should I do?

If you think your MyChart Central account might be compromised, take these steps right away:

  1. Change your password. Go to the MyChart Central login page and select Forgot login information? to reset your password.
  2. Review your account activity. After logging in, check for anything unusual, like new linked accounts or changes to your personal information.
  3. Remove Remembered Devices. After logging in, go to Account Settings and select Remembered devices. Remove any devices you do not recognize.
