To review the insurance information your clinic has on file for you, go to Insurance > Insurance Summary. Select View coverage details for the payer or plan to see more information about the coverage, such as your deductible and maximum out-of-pocket expenses.
To update your insurance information, you can make any of the following changes from the Insurance Summary activity:
Use eCheck-In in MyChart before your appointment to verify insurance, update medications, answer questionnaires, and pay your copay before you arrive.
Go to Insurance > Claims in MyChart to view your claims and details such as the servicing provider and claim status. Select Customer Service Request to ask a question about a claim.
