If you deactivate your account, you lose access to your MyChart account. You are logged out automatically and can no longer log in. You also stop receiving communications directing you to log in to MyChart.
You can deactivate your account without being logged in. If you do not remember your username or password and want to deactivate your MyChart account, contact your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk. You can usually find the contact information on their FAQ page, which is linked on the bottom of their MyChart website.
You can sign up for MyChart again in the future. To reactivate your account, contact your healthcare organization.
