Deleting and deactivating your account

How do I deactivate my account?

If you deactivate your MyChart account, you are automatically logged out and can't log back in.

To deactivate your account:

  1. Go to Account settings > Account management.
  2. Select Deactivate account.
  3. Select Deactivate on the Deactivate Your Account page.

Alternatively, call or email your healthcare organization's MyChart help desk. You can find their contact information on their FAQ page, which is linked on the bottom of their MyChart website, or by searching for them using the Need help? button below.
