Go to My Record > Health Summary and select the Immunizations tab. Here, you can see the immunizations you’ve received and the dates on which you received them. Select the immunization’s name to learn more. If your immunizations are not up to date, contact your healthcare organization to have your information updated.

View COVID-19 testing and vaccination information in the COVID-19 activity in MyChart. In the MyChart mobile app, select the COVID-19 icon in the top right of the home screen.
View your lab and test results in MyChart as soon as they become available, along with standard ranges and provider comments. You can set up email or text notifications in Communication Preferences.
Go to Test Results in MyChart, select a result, and select Compare result trends. Select Download at the bottom of the page to save a PDF of your results over time.
